  • Tandoori Chicken
    (Chicken marinated in herbs, spice, yogurt and lemon juice then barbecued in flaming tandoor oven)

  • Chicken Curry
    (Pieces of chicken simmered in spices and gravy)

  • Chicken Makhani
    (Boneless pieces of chicken cooked in a tomato-based special gravy with cream)

  • Chicken Tikka Masala
    (Tandoori boneless chicken sauteed in special gravy with cream and bell peppers)

  • Chicken Bhuna
    (Pieces of chicken cooked with onions, bell peppers and tomatoes)

Vegetarian Specialties:*

  • Saag Paneer
    (Cubes of homemade cheese with mildly spiced cheese)

  • Baingan Masala
    (Small pieces of eggplant in a "masala" of tomato, onions, tamarind and spices)
